Investment Property Scotland is operated by a handful of property investors (friends). Some of us still buy property, others don’t. But with the downturn it’s becoming obvious that we are able to source and secure more discounted property investment deals than we can buy.
We are generally aiming for 25-30% BMV property deals and discounts can be much higher.
We operate in a transparent fashion: we aim to provide better value than packagers who hide fees in deals. Our deals are available with a range of financing options, and no hidden costs.
Two of us are letting agents; competitive terms on a tenant find or full management available in certain locations.
